Returns and withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to withdraw from the contract, without giving a reason.

Email hello@pepteight.com or message us on Telegram with your order number and a clear statement that you are withdrawing, before the 14 days are up. You then have 14 days from that notice to send the goods back.

You pay the cost of sending the goods back, unless the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered. Pack the return so it survives transit and use a tracked service, because we cannot refund a return that never reaches us.

We refund within 14 days of getting the goods back, or of proof that you sent them, whichever comes first. Refunds go back to the original payment method. We refund the standard delivery cost, but not any upgraded shipping you chose.

Email hello@pepteight.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We replace it or refund it in full, return shipping included, and you do not need to invoke the withdrawal right.
