Terms of sale

These terms cover every order placed through pepteight.com, between you and Pepteight ("we", "us"). The fastest way to reach us is Telegram; you can also email hello@pepteight.com.

All products are supplied strictly as laboratory research chemicals. They are not medicines, not supplements, not cosmetics and not food. They are not approved by the EMA, the MHRA, the FDA or any other regulator for use in humans or animals. Nothing on this site is medical advice.

You must be at least 18 and legally able to buy and hold research chemicals where you live. By ordering you confirm that you are acquiring the products for laboratory research and that you are qualified to handle them safely.

Before ordering, it is on you to confirm that importing and holding these products is lawful in your country. Handling and storing them safely, and disposing of them lawfully, is on you too. You must not resell, pass on or supply the products for human consumption.

Your order is an offer. A contract only comes into being when we confirm dispatch. We can decline or cancel any order, including when a product is unavailable, when a price was listed in error, when a destination is restricted, or when we reasonably suspect the intended use breaches these terms. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.

All prices are in euro and exclude shipping, and exclude any import VAT, customs duty or handling fees charged at the destination (see /shipping). Payment is handled by our third-party payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.

Your statutory withdrawal rights and our returns process are set out at /returns, which forms part of these terms.

Products are supplied with a lot certificate of analysis stating identity and purity. Beyond that stated specification, products are supplied as is, with no warranty of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose. Independent third-party testing is carried out by Liquilabs.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the products outside their stated research purpose, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including a consumer's mandatory statutory rights.

You agree to indemnify us against any claim arising from your use, misuse, onward supply or improper handling of the products.

If you are a consumer resident in the EU or the UK, these terms do not affect your mandatory statutory rights under the law of your country of residence, and you can bring proceedings in your local courts.

We may update these terms. The version that applies is the one published at the time you place your order.
